Ballymaloe Spaghetti Bolognese

Serves 2 - 3



  • 1 x 400g Ballymaloe Bolognese Sauce
  • 225g Lean Mince Steak
  • 225g Dried Spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp of grated cheese



  1. Boil your water and place the spaghetti into the pan. Taste to make sure it is cooked, drain and set to the side.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the mince fully and then add the Ballymaloe sauce and stir until bubbling. Add in a little bit of cheese to give your sauce a little extra flavour.
  3. Serve the spaghetti topped with the Bolognese and a dash of cheese.
