Perfect Silverside Roast
Before cooking, remove from the fridge about an hour before.
- Place in an ovenproof dish, adding carrots and onion, add a small amount of boiling water and half an oxo cube.
- Cook for 20 mins per lb plus 20mins (rare) 25mins plus 25mins (medium) (preheated 170C).
- Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
- Leave to rest before carving.
- Suitable for home freezing. Freeze a min of 2 days before use by date.
- Use within 12 months of freezing. Thaw fully in a chilled environment before cooking.
