Perfect Silverside Roast

Prep: 20 minutes
Cook: 1 hour 30 minutes
Serves 4

 

Before cooking, remove from the fridge about an hour before.

  1. Place in an ovenproof dish, adding carrots and onion, add a small amount of boiling water and half an oxo cube.
  2. Cook for 20 mins per lb plus 20mins (rare) 25mins plus 25mins (medium) (preheated 170C).
  3. Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
  4. Leave to rest before carving.
  5. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze a min of 2 days before use by date.
  6. Use within 12 months of freezing. Thaw fully in a chilled environment before cooking.
