I ordered the Cote de Boeuf, Potato Gratin, Pepper Sauce & Black Garlic Butter Role, from Corries for Father's Day. My Dad loved all of it & said the Cote de Boeuf was succulent, tasted amazing & fell apart when cooked. He really loved this.

Superb Cote de Bouef

Excellent quality steak; best we’ve ever had and comparable to the best restaurants. The Cote de Bouef would comfortably feed 4 or 2 with enough leftover for a substantial meal next day. With such a difference in quality from what you get at a supermarket or even your local butcher, we will never be buying supermarket steak again. Definitely recommend

This is the nicest steak we have ever had. Plenty for two with enough left over for a steak sandwich. Highly recommended as a lovely treat.

Cooked it at 80 degrees C for just under 4 hours. Rested it for 30 minutes. Then finished it by adding seasoning and seared in a hot pan for 4 minutes each side. Perfect - moist and full of flavour
