We highly recommend this option for those who prefer only white meat and don't enjoy the brown meat part of the turkey. It is easier to cook and very easy to carve with no bone. It is commonly referred to as a turkey crown, however a crown is simply a double fillet so it is often much bigger than the requirements of most gatherings.
