The Argentianians really do have the right idea. This is a cut with great flavour and a great layer of fat which renders well. It also take on a wonderful char, a great alternative to the more expensive sirloin.
Got these as heard a lot and was very pleasantly surprised, won't replace a Ribeye as my preferred cut but very tasty and really good value.
Small steaks with average tenderness. Good value at the price as an "everyday" steak or for those with smallish appetites.
