We source our fresh farm reared turkeys from local company GB Poultry, a family-owned business based in Crossgar in the rolling countryside of County Down who partner with local farmers who have the highest levels of animal welfare. They are an EC Approved Cutting plant and are guided by the Department of Agriculture, Environment And Rural Affairs (DAREA). The company aims is to achieve the highest levels of quality and safety with food that is wholesome and nutritious and of the quality that customers demand. They endeavour to meet all food safety, legislation, processing, marketing, distribution and technical requirements to produce products that both meet and rise above customer requirements.
