We source our free range, bronze turkeys from Wilson's turkeys in Dungannon and can guarantee you that if you choose to indulge this Christmas, you will not be disappointed!

Wilson's turkeys are hatched in natural season in June, therefore are traditionally slow grown, their diet is enriched with natural oats, which develops a beautiful finish and provides an even fuller flavour. As the free range Bronze turkeys are fully mature this results in the meat being well marbled and it contains more fat deposits under the skin. Maturity has the single biggest impact on flavour, these birds are more than twice as old as standard supermarket turkeys and this results in birds that are a pleasure to cook and a joy to eat.

They are individually gift boxed in bespoke carrier boxes, wrapped in greaseproof paper and completed with a sprig of rosemary. A pop up timer including cooking suggestions is included in the box.
